Returns & Refunds Policy

Essereal Consumer Products LLP (“we”, “us”, or “our”), operating under the brand Biodale, is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent returns and refunds process. This Policy governs the process for returning, replacing, or receiving refunds for products purchased through our Platform. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined herein.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Replacements

You may request a return or replacement only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • You received a damaged product (physical damage, tampered product, or packaging).
  • You received an expired product.
  • You received an empty package.

All return or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

2. How to Request a Return or Replacement

  • For eligible products, send an email to contact@essereal.com with:
    • Your order details (order ID, date of delivery)
    • Photographic or video proof of the issue (damaged, wrong, expired, or empty package)
  • For packages that appear empty or underweight, record a video of the unboxing for verification.
  • Requests will be reviewed within 48 hours of receipt.

3. Reverse Pickup and Self-Ship

  • Reverse Pickup: Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the product from your registered delivery address.
  • Self-Ship: If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you may ship the product to the following address via a reliable courier service:

We will reimburse the courier charges within 7 business days upon receiving proof of shipment. Reimbursements will be made to the original payment method or bank account you provided.

4. Processing Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

  • Upon receipt, returned products are inspected by our Quality Control team.
  • If the issue is verified, we will:
    • Replacement: Dispatch a replacement subject to stock availability.
    • Refund: Initiate a refund within 7 business days of verification.

Note: If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled by contacting our support team.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

6. Exclusions

Return or replacement requests will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered.
  • Products with missing original packaging, labels, or mono cartons.
  • Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Claims for damaged or missing products reported after 2 days from delivery.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

7. Partial Returns

Eligible products from an order may be returned individually, provided the request is made within 7 days of delivery.

8. Refund Method and Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or to the bank account you provided.
  • Refunds for approved returns will generally be processed within 7 business days of verification.
  • Delays caused by banks, payment networks, or courier services are beyond our control.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in the return, replacement, or refund process due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or courier disruptions.

10. Incorporation into T&Cs

This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and is incorporated by reference on our Platform. It shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
