Ordering & Payment


We accept prepaid payments only, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets through authorized payment gateways. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not currently available.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately at care@biodale.com or WhatsApp +91 99981 77740 if you need assistance.

Shipping & Delivery


We currently ship within India only to serviceable pin codes. International shipping is not available at this time.

Most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days. Metro cities typically receive orders within 3–5 days, while remote or rural areas may take 7–10 days.

Yes. We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹500. Orders below ₹500 incur a flat shipping fee of ₹50

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at care@biodale.com with your order number. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Returns & Refunds


Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened personal care products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered.  Refer to our Returns & Refund policy.

Email care@biodale.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Please contact us immediately with photos of the product and outer packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

If the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping. For other returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Product Information


Our products are formulated with gentle, plant-derived cleansers and carefully selected botanicals designed to be mild and non-irritating across skin, hair, and oral care. However, individual sensitivities can vary. If you have reactive skin, scalp concerns, or oral sensitivities, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list and performing a patch test (or limited initial use, in the case of oral care) before regular use.

Yes. All Biodale products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We do not use any animal-derived ingredients, and we never test on animals at any stage of product development.

No. Biodale products are nature-derived and responsibly formulated. We combine botanical ingredients with mild, proven functional ingredients—including a small number of carefully selected nature-identical and synthetic components—to ensure safety, stability, and performance, without unnecessary additives or harsh chemicals.

Surfactants are essential for effective cleansing, and preservatives are necessary to keep products safe during everyday use. We carefully select mild, low-toxicity options that cleanse gently and maintain product integrity without compromising skin or scalp health.

No. We do not use synthetic fragrances or masking perfumes. The natural scent of our products comes from carefully selected essential oils and botanical ingredients. Our formulations are free from parabens, sulfates (SLS/SLES), artificial dyes, and other harsh chemicals. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page.

All Biodale products are formulated and manufactured in India, adhering to strict quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and manage future purchases more easily.
